I ordered three items from accidentally processed the order twice.

I called the next day when they opened, told them to cancel the second order b/c there had been a mistake. They said they couldn't refund my money until the shipper said it was canceled. I received both orders anyway minus one of the items. After dealing with several different RUDE employees (including the supervisor) I still have not gotten my money back /3 weeks!

It took the supervisor getting FedEx here to pick up the *** that should have never been sent out.

I still haven't received one of the items in my order OR my money back!Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE service PERIOD!!
